Refund Policy
Effective date: Oct 21, 2026
1. Payments are non-refundable
Reports are digital content delivered immediately. All payments — for the trial, subscriptions and extra reports — are final and non-refundable, except in the cases listed in section 3. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund payments already made.
By starting a trial or subscription you expressly agree that the supply of digital content begins immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory right of withdrawal (see the Terms of Service, section 7).
2. Automatic report return
If a report could not be generated because our data sources were unavailable or returned an error, the report is returned to your balance automatically and can be used again. This is not a money refund.
3. When a refund is possible
You may request a full or partial refund within 14 days of the charge only if:
- you received an empty report — the report was charged but not generated, and it was not returned to your balance automatically;
- you were charged twice for the same report or the same subscription period.
4. What is not refunded
- Inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information in a report. Data comes from third-party sources as is (see Terms, section 3).
- Reports with the result "no records found" — this is a valid result.
- A trial that turned into a paid subscription because it was not cancelled before the trial ended.
- Subscription renewals that were not cancelled before the renewal date.
- Unused reports at the end of a trial or billing period.
- Dissatisfaction with a vehicle you bought or decided not to buy.
5. How to request a refund
Email [to be specified] with the subject "Refund request" and include:
- your account email address;
- the VIN of the vehicle (for report-related requests);
- the reason for the request;
- the date of the charge and the transaction number from your receipt (or the last 4 digits of the card).
We review requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment provider (Whop); the money usually arrives within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Refunds and subscriptions
If a refund is made for a payment that includes an active subscription, the subscription is cancelled automatically: there will be no further charges, and access related to that payment ends.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under the mandatory consumer protection law of your country.
